Guards for sports
In contact sports, dental trauma is one of the most common and costly injuries. A knocked-out front tooth means an implant or bridge requiring regular renewal — a custom guard costs incomparably less.
- Hockey mouthguards — reinforced thickness in the anterior zone, compatible with a face cage.
- Boxing and combat sport guards — two- or three-layer construction, absorbs impact and also protects the lower jaw.
- Guards for basketball, rugby, MMA, skateboarding — thinner, with a freer breathing channel.
- Guards for children and teenagers — with room for growing permanent teeth.
Guards can be made in a chosen colour or club colour combination.
Guards against teeth grinding (bruxism)
Nighttime teeth grinding wears down enamel, causes jaw joint pain, morning headaches and, over time, cracks in teeth or broken fillings. A guard does not stop the grinding itself but takes the load instead of the teeth. We make both soft and hard (stabilisation) guards depending on the diagnosis.
Whitening trays
Thin, transparent trays for home whitening gel. The custom shape means the gel stays on the teeth rather than spilling onto the gums — this is both more effective and less irritating.
How it is made
- Impression or scan. The dentist takes an impression or scans the teeth. We accept scans from all systems.
- Design. In digital cases we design the guard in Exocad and adjust the thickness.
- Manufacturing. Thermoforming or 3D printing depending on the guard type.
- Delivery. Free in Riga, outside Riga — by courier.
Timeframe: usually 2–3 working days from receiving the impression. In urgent cases faster is possible — call and we'll arrange it.
Where to go
A mouthguard requires a professionally taken impression or scan, so the first step is a visit to the dentist.

Frequently asked questions
How long does a mouthguard last?
Sporta kape with active training — parasti 1–2 sezonas. Bruksisma kape 1–3 yearss. For children kape must be replaced more often, jo zobi aug.
Can you speak and breathe in the guard?
Yes. A custom guard is thinner and fits more precisely than a stock one, so speech and breathing are barely affected. A short adjustment period is needed in the first days.
How does a custom guard differ from a pharmacy one?
A stock "boil and bite" guard has the same thickness everywhere and does not hold its shape. A custom guard is reinforced exactly in the impact zone and stays in place by itself.
Do you make guards for children?
Yes. For children and teenagers we make the guard with room for changing teeth and recommend checking the fit once a season.
