// Digital workflow

CAD/CAM and 3D printing

We work in a fully digital workflow — from the intraoral scan to the finished construction without information loss between stages.

Digital design

We design restorations, implant suprastructures and surgical guides in the professional Exocad environment. We accept STL, PLY and other open formats from all common intraoral scanners — 3Shape TRIOS, Medit, iTero and others.

Milling

We mill zirconia, titanium and lithium disilicate constructions with the Zirkonzahn CAD/CAM system, ensuring high precision and repeatable results. After milling, zirconia is sintered under controlled conditions.

Design only? We also offer CAD design as a separate service for clinics with their own mill or other laboratories — we send a ready STL file.
// Workflow

From scanning to finished work

Fully digital workflow in four steps — each stage takes place in our laboratory with professional equipment.

Scanning — digitālā zobu tehnikas darba plūsma01

Scanning

The dentist scans the patient's teeth with an intraoral scanner (3Shape, Medit, etc.). The digital impression reaches us as an STL file.

CAD design — digitālā zobu tehnikas darba plūsma02

CAD design

The technician designs the construction in Exocad — precisely adjusting shape, dimensions and fit to implants or teeth.

Milling — digitālā zobu tehnikas darba plūsma03

Milling

We mill the construction from a zirconia disc with a CAD/CAM machine (DGSHAPE/Roland). Then we sinter under controlled conditions.

Finished work — digitālā zobu tehnikas darba plūsma04

Finished work

A processed, polished and inspected construction. We deliver to the clinic free of charge across Latvia.
